Shipping conditions

SHIPPING COSTS:

From Onulec we make our shipments through the transport agencies Tip-SA and Correos Express.

• The specific expenses of each shipment will depend on the total weight of the order and destination, being detailed before confirming the order. Here is a table with our shipping structure *.

• Orders over 150 euros net (taxes and fees not included) will be Free * .

• The delivery is considered made at the moment in which the carrier has delivered the products available to the customer and the latter has signed the delivery compliance document. The customer will be required to check and verify the status of the products and expose all claims that may be justified in the delivery document.

* For concrete products with special characteristics, such as corrugated tubes , the shipping structure may vary to adapt to these characteristics that increase transport prices. These products also do not include free shipping from € 150.

DELIVERY TERM:

The delivery time for the products in stock is 48 hours from the delivery of the order from our facilities. In the case of stock breakage, the estimated delivery time will be from 7 to 10 days.

Delivery time is understood as the delivery of goods from our warehouses, not being attributable to ONULEC the delay of the means of transport. 

Upon confirmation of the order you will be informed of any sold or discontinued product, being able to modify or cancel the order totally or partially.

DELIVERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Check the status of the order at the time of delivery and before the delivery man leaves. In case of checking that any of the items is damaged (scratched, broken, wet ...) please state it on the delivery note of the agency and contact us within 24 hours to process the claim. If verification is not possible, enter "REVIEW PENDING" on the delivery slip.

If you receive a defective item (accessories are missing, it does not work ...), you must contact us to process the change for a new item within a period not exceeding 48h from the time of delivery. The ports would be borne by Onulec.

If upon receipt of the order there is an item that does not correspond to the requested, you must contact us to process the change within a period not exceeding 48h from the time of delivery. After the deadline, the BUYER must take charge of the shipping costs to our warehouses. In either case, first the article in question will be collected and after checking its status, the new one will be sent.
